The Space: A 5,000 sq. ft. freshly renovated indoor venue in downtown Pensacola.
Capacity: Accommodates up to 236 seated guests or over 600 standing for receptions.
Accessibility: Features accessible entrances without stairs, accessible restrooms, and designated drop-off points.
Reservation Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Final Payment: The remaining balance and final guest count are due 14 days prior to the event.
Catering Requirement: As a full-service catering company, Culinary Productions provides in-house food and beverage; outside catering is typically not permitted.
Tastings: Exclusively available to clients who have already booked with a signed contract and deposit.
Alcohol Policy: The venue reserves the right to refuse service to inebriated or underage guests to ensure safety and legal compliance.
Furniture: Includes 25 round tables and 165 chairs.
Service Essentials: All plates, flatware, and buffet platters are included in catering costs.
Technology: Access to on-site A/V equipment, a podium, and free WiFi.
Setup & Cleanup: The CPI team handles full event setup and breakdown.
Weekday Rates (Sun–Thu): $1,500 for a full day (9:00 am – 11:00 pm) or $175 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
Staffing Fees: $195 per staff member. CPI requires 1 staff per ~25 guests for buffets and 1 per ~10 guests for plated service.
Travel Fees: No travel fees for events within Pensacola city limits.
Discounts: Special rates are available for military and nonprofit organizations.
