Staff & Rentals

Event Staff

$195 ea

CPI requires 1 staff member per about 25 guests for buffet services and 1 staff member per about 10 guests for plated services.

  • 72" (6 ft)


Rectangular Tables

  • 4 ft (30"x48")

Glassware

$.50 ea

CPI provides glassware for tea/water at no charge. You can rent barware for an additional cost.

Glasses Available: Rox, Wine, Champagne, Beer, Martini.

Travel Fee

$85+

Travel fees are calculated based on the venue address. Events within Pensacola City limits do not require a travel fee.

Specialty items require advance notice and are subject to availability.

Payment Policy

 

  • No Fees for Consultations or Proposals: We want to help you plan without any hidden costs.
  • Booking Your Date: A 10% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance and guest count are due 14 days before your event.
  • Flexible Payment Methods: Deposit and Final Payments can be made by debit/credit card, check or cash.
  • Special Discounts: We offer discounted rates for nonprofits and military—inquire for more details!
