Reservation Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

Alcohol Policy: Liqour service requires a licensed and insured bartender.
Furniture: Includes (25) 60" round tables, (6) bistro tables, and 165 chairs.
Service Essentials: All plates, flatware, and buffet platters are included in catering costs.
Technology: Access to on-site A/V equipment, a podium, and free WiFi.
Setup & Cleanup: The CPI team handles full event setup and breakdown.
Weekday: $1,500 full day, $175/hr.
Friday: $1,500 (6 hr), $2,700 full day.
Saturday: $2,500 (6 hr), $3,700 full day.
Staffing: $195/per staff member.
Outside catering: $600 fee.
