"Gourmet Dinner Night"
Every other month since August 2010, CPI continues to present a bi-monthly one-of-a-kind themed "Gourmet Dinner Night". Voted "Best of the Coast" 2012, "Gourmet Dinner Night" is a chance for CPI to showcase our culinary skills, promote local artists and musicians, and raise awareness about local charities. CPI teams up with other sponsors and vendors who have an opportunity to promote their services.
Each dinner night has a theme and corresponding gourmet menu. Guests enjoy a gourmet buffet style dinner with passed apps and dessert as well as complimentary beer, wine, a signature cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages. At this social event, guests can peruse the featured artist's work which is for sale, bid on silent auction items, and win door prizes, all while listening to live music.
CPI has raised over $18,500 for local charities through proceeds from silent auctions and door prize drawings. Charities that have benefited from "Gourmet Dinner Night":
Students for Suicide Awareness, UWF
Escape Community Art Center
The Christopher E. Campbell MS Foundation
Speech & Hearing Board

All You Need Is Love
Our last Gourmet Dinner Night on Friday, August 17, 2012, our "Yellow Submarine" Beatles Inspired Dinner Night was a HUGE success, raising over $4,500 for SEASTARS Aquatics, Inc.!

Our dinner featured the artwork and tasty gourmet seafood appetizers from artist and Chef Dan Dunn, Executive Chef for H20 Hilton Pensacola Beach, gourmet dinner by CPI chefs, a skillfully crafted Yellow Submarine cake by Adonna's Bakery, tasty beers donated by Pensacola Bay Brewery, classy wines and vodka for our "Day Tripper" signature cocktail donated by Aloha Wine & Liquor, and rockin' favorite Beatles tunes by Not Quite Fab's Lennon & McCartney duo! The silent auction and door prize drawing raised over $4,500 - the most any dinner night has ever seen thanks to the hard work of SEASTARS, who gave a compelling speech about their swimming programs for children with disabilities. The majority of guests were decked out in 60's & 70's mod groovy attire and danced into the night! Thanks to all who were involved!
